Weightloss - Cw - 82. Dont Know From Where To Start

    Hello all lovely ladies,

    Let me start with little background. I am full time working mom of 2 kids ( 7 years and 2 years old). I am trying to lose weight since last 1 year. I stay on track for few days then I mess everything and start binging on comfort foods.

    I am not happy with my body, the way I look. I look like football. My face has become round. Nowadays, my hubby also sent me the weightloss links. It is good that he cares for me but I feel like I dont look good to him.

    My kids are getting impacted because of this weight. I feel so lazy and dont feel like playing with them. The more I feel bad the more I eat junk food. I just keep looking at the weightloss transformation pics. It looks so beautiful.

    Yesterday night, I couldnt sleep because of this reason. I was so unhappy. I slept around 3:30 in the morning and whole night I was looking at the weightloss pics in Instagram and Pininterest.

    It feels like I am going crazy. I dont know from where to start. I make the diet plan which we follow for 2-3 days. If something stressful comes at work and I stay late, everything gets disturb and I get back to my old habit. At that moment, it doesnt click me that I should not eat this. I just eat without thinking.

    I dont even feel like visiting my relatives. Sometimes I think no clothes will fit me. I will look bad infront of all. So I avoid going.

    I so want to look fit, want to wear good clothes.

    Hugs Sumi.
    Weight loss happens with sticking to routine.
    Can start logging your food in myfitnesspal, keeping target calories.
    Controling the portions.
    Avoiding sugar and deep fried snacks.
    Replacing the snacks with nuts, sprouts, salad, fruits.Have them regularly beffore hunger pangs come inbetween the meals- so that you wud not grab oily , sweet snacks.
    Having atleast 3 litres of water.
    Then, regular exercise- start with walking atleast 30 mins a day- can take the weekend off if you want from the walking.
    BE positive dear, Good luck with weightloss.

    Thanks Knbg for replying and support.
    You are right. I will have to work on these things. I have started again today. I really dont want to give up this time. I want to continue with this forever. so that my kids can also lead a healthy lifestyle.

    Hey Beauties,

    Yesterday I had a control over my diet. I didnt anything Junk atleast. :)

    Morning - Jeera water + honey
    1 bowl of rolled Oats made with water and milk
    Morning snack - Green Tea + 6-7 almonnds
    Lunch - 1 small bowl of veggie rice + curd + raw carrots
    Evening snack - 2 Oranges
    when going back home - had apple on train
    Dinner - tomato oat soup ( Shiva's recipe)

    Couldn't go out for walk - guests came to our house. good thing about yesterday is I made pakoras for them but I didnt had any. :). NO tea for me yesterday.

    Water - 3 L

    I thought of counting calories:

    Morning - Jeera water + honey - 65
    1 bowl of rolled Oats made with water and milk - 200
    Morning snack - Green Tea + 6-7 almonnds - 60
    Lunch - 1 small bowl of veggie rice + curd + raw carrots - 215+100+52 = 367
    Evening snack - 2 Oranges - 35 each
    when going back home - had apple on train - 95
    snack - 1 bowl of boiled Rajma(Kidney beans) - 107 cal
    Dinner - tomato oat soup ( Shiva's recipe) - 240

    Total Calories - 1204

    Green tea/peppermint had 0 calories - forgot to add it earlier. I had 1 peppermint tea, 1 green tea and 1 lemon green tea during the whole day.
