The cauliflower and white radish both are grated and are cooked in steam under the layers of the paratha.

I mix dry oats with the flour and make the roti dough, I like the taste of the oats roti. Dunno how we can stuff oats in the paratha, will search and let you know if I find something.

hi Shiva,
i make these paranthas always. i wanna give a suggestion. in muli parantha, add a pinch of ajwaen. then it will not upset ur stomach with gas problem.
