Weight Loss With Pcod

    Hi Friends,

    I am planning to reduce my weight quite a long time, but not consistence due to x or y reasons..

    I need proper Diet to reduce my weight, can anyone help me?:disappointed:

    Age - 35
    Weight - 65kg
    Height - 151cm
    Having PCOD
    Recent Change is Change of Country. India to Australia.
    Stop Playing TT.
    Stop having Homeo medicine for PCOD.
    Feels more hungry always even after my meal..

    I was 52kg 10 years back, and I never reach more than 59 even after delivery.. Past 1 year don't know why I keep on increasing....

    6 days/week 5km walking.

    Bf - 2 to 3 days fruits or oats or Upma
    Midmorning Tea or coffee without Sugar
    Lunch millets for 2 days and Rice, with vegetables
    Evening mostly green tea sometimes coffee or tea without sugar
    Dinner - Idly 3 or dosai 4 or chappathe 3 before 7.30 pm

    What I need to change?

    PCOD still there and I took scan recently, Very low in Iron taking tablets for past 3 months, Androgen is high..

    I don't know about pcod with weight loss.

    Take ur diet as per ur health.

    Don't give up.

    One day you achieve ur goal. Do it consistently.
    Your diet seems good. Follow it.

    If you are interest join with Dec month _lose one kilo in 10 days thread. (For consistency.)
    Regular updates will helps us to give positive and support together.
