This is so motivating. I was so depressed they I didn't make any changes irrespective of diet and walking everyday.

Did you lose 10kgs with low carb diet? You tried interment fasting too?

Thanks, as mentioned earlier, it is not just diet. But a combination of life style changes and physical exercises, water and good sleep. And more importantly taking medication for the imbalance in the body. It is about all.

I became anemic after 2 extremely heavy periods. When I described my symptoms ( heart racing after normal walking, not able to climb stairs, constant lower leg pain) my gyn immediately guessed it and confirmed with blood test. I have been taking iron supplement ever since.

Omg. I have all these which you mentioned. It's been 2 years since I checked my iron panel. I can't even climb stairs without heavy heart pumping.
Was your iron and ferritin was low?

When I checked last, my iron was low but ferritin was very high, so the Dr told me to stop taking the iron supplements.

They first checked only hemoglobin and that was low. I started taking iron tablets. 3 months later they did a complete iron panel and all the readings were normal and my symptoms were also gone.

Oh ok .. I have heavy periods but my hb was within range. Iron seems to be low for a few years now. I was taking supplements but Dr asked me to stop it 2 years ago, since ferritin was super high.
My iron and iron saturation are always low.
I think I have to repeat the blood work and see if anything changed.
