    Shiva, i have been reading your write ups and among the many who are inspired, i am one too. just have a question for you. planning to join power vinyasa yoga classes. a friend of mine said that yoga might increase weight if we stop doing it. Is that true. But i and my DH had seen visible differences of people loosing weight by this. Please advice. Looking forward for your response.

    Thanks for liking my write ups.

    Any exercise needs to be taken up for life be it walking, gyming or yoga If you stop the exercise your weight is bound to increase.

    I suggest that you go for Yoga and take it up as a lifetime habit.
