    While sitting and watching TV

    1. Abs - Suck in the ab from your belly button and hold for 5 seconds then release. You can do it as many times as you want. Increase your holding time. This will tighten the ab muscles.

    2. For legs and thighs, there is a small pedal cycle that is available in market. You need to sit on the sofa and just cycle it, it keeps the legs in movement throughout the TV watching session.

    Yoga does lead to weight loss but I have never tried it and hence I don't know any asans that can lead to weight loss.
