    Hi Ladies,

I am new to this thread.Over here, I have seen many ILs struggling to reduce weight. But many of us are already shedding pounds with eating healthy and nutritious (not fad dieting) and walking at home.

    http://www.indusladies.com/forums/k...pe/135239-walk-away-the-pounds-challenge.html
Take a look at the posts in this thread. We have home walking youtube video links. Most of us walk upto 5 miles at home. We have walked more than 500 miles together in past 3 weeks and next week is going to be our 4th week together.
There are no shortcuts to weight loss. Join our walking group and you'll be shedding pounds soon. :thumbsup

    Dear cool2010,
Soup for breakfast? Fruits for dinner? No protein? No post workout instant carb+protein?
Fat free milk? Horlicks?? No subji, paneer, dal?? Just rice for lunch?
This is torture... Sorry to be frank, but if you follow this fad diet, you will remain fat.
You goal was to reduce 10 kgs (22 lbs) in 4 months. I want to know how much have to been able to achieve with this fad diet? And want to see how long you'll be able to retain it.

Read my posts to know what healthy eating means.

    Hi Aabha,
Its a gdd thread and u r doing a gdd job.
    Height:- 5.6 kg
    Weight:- 73 kg
    Need to loose:- 13 kg

But every time I started doing exercise.... I face some hurdles. Sometime acidity, hand pain, cold, weakness etc.... I am getting irritated by all this. It breaks my routine.
But I really wants and needs to shed my extra weight.

Please say something motivating, inspiring ..... so, that I will clear my depressing thought and start with full energy.....

    Hi Madnabati,

I'm also facing the same problem.. And what a similarity.. Even I've to reduce 13kgs.. We will be buddies and we'll share our workout routine hereafter..

I think the problem with us is we are not waking up early and got involved in other stuffs.. I got a suggestion from another ILite to do walk for 10 mins before breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will count to 30 minutes of walk. And slowly this will motivate us to plan and do our workout properly..

    What say??
