    Hats off :hatsoff. You did it. Great. 2 kgs is fantastic. I think your sincere hard work has proven the results. So, your target is only 5 kgs and you've lost 2 kg's already. Fabulous. 3 more to go and Iam sure you will hit it by New year. GOOD LUCK, I wish you all the best. Iam greatfull to all our members, bcoz we benefit from each other. KEEP GOING.

    I luv rice but dont eat regularly being a punjabi i am mostly into chappati. But since i started dieting i limited my chappati intake and included all kinds of fuits.
    I dev. a habit of drinking 3.5 lts of water daily. Can u tell me the preparation of oats i prepare for breakfast but not as u have mentioned
    give me the recipe

    Thanx for asking Gauri...

    I use instant oats and prepare it in the microwave according to pacage directions with little salt.Then I mix with sambar(which i usually stock up in fridge)...and eat with either cucumber raitha or papad..(of course done in MW)...This seems to satisfy my palate whenever I crave for rice...

    Recently I have switched to high fiber diet..not taking into account of how much I eat...I try to walk 30 mins a day...let me see how far it goes for I'm not such a determined person...

    But with high fiber diet...I have found out that I feel full for a long time and so I eat even before I'm hungry and so my quantity has become less...

    it has been 10 days since I started the diet and i stick to it only 5 days a week and I never eat rice during the week days...

    during weekends I eat rose matta rice...

    I know its going to take a long time to lose since I dont have the determination...even this 10days is a gr8 achievement for me....

    Praying that it should go good.....

    Hi friends,

    How is everbody doing?.Though i am not on a very strict diet but still watches my portion sizes and going to gym atleast three to four times a week and now i feel like little bit lighter than last week.

    Last wednesday my weight is 164 pounds and this wednesday i am at 162 pounds.
    I hope this continues....
