    hi this is surekhap@ Iam going to start a weight loss programme if any body interested can join the thread.

    daily we will discusse what food we have taken , how much calories we added, what exercises we have done, how much calories we have burned.

    finally how much weight we have lost per a week.

    health is wealth share interesting tips and i will also share healthy tips

    to day morning at 9 o clock i had two bread toasts. one mango.

    afternoon at 12 o clock a cup of rice with palakdhal and curd.

    evening i had a mango at 4o clock.

    iam going to work on ect for 45 mins.
