    Sorry I forgot to post my yday(Monday) diet:
    Mrg: black coffee and 1 egg
    Lunch: cauliflower as rice, eggplant gravy,rasam
    (I got tempted and had one wheat sweet)
    Eve: black coffee
    Dinner : low carb tortilla wrap with sour cream, schezwan sauce, avacado,lettuce.

    Regarding your question below, well weight reduction varies from person to person. It really depends on how dedicated you’re and your body conditions. Some people lose fast but lose slowly.

    However, Losing wt slowly and in a constant pace is a good idea. Try to lose 1lb per week to see if it works out for you ...

    Where do you get banana stem? I used to get it in Patel's and also from the Korean farmers market. All the time, it will be like very bad when I start cutting it. The inner layer will also be like the outer most layer. Full of naaru only.
    I won't get the inner part. It's waste of money everytime and I stop buying it.
    Where do you get manathakali keerai?

    Breakfast - 1 wheat bread, 2 boiled eggs, 1 Greek yogurt with berries (not sure why my stomach hurt & having weird feeling after having it.. may be my tummy didn’t like this combo)
    Morng snack - overnight soaked almonds
    Lunch - 1/4 bowl hand pound rice with valor
    Eve - 1 orange
    Dinner - 1/2 banana & 3 small ragi dosa with coriander chutney
    1 small bowl papaya & grapes

    Ex:
    Walking - 60 mins
    Floor ex - 30 mins
    Steps: 15,279
    Distance: 7.4 miles

    Hi,
    You need to buy the inner part which is big round. Also you should soak it in moor once you cut. U have to remove the naar. Thaandu used to have nasty. When you cut the stem in circles, in between you get nasty which u have to remove each time. Then soak in moor water. Finally you can chop the circles into cubes.
    I got from Patel . It is called black night shade greens.

    Hi Sravani,

    Today in office I saw chia seeds pudding and tasted it for the very first time. It was cold and tasted ok. Not bad! But, seem to be more caloric.. is it???
