Hello Ladies, Hope you're all doing great and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR. I'm back in IL after so many years. Well, I was part of weight loss group 2012 and I've lost 20-25 lbs at that time post pregnancy. After a long time I'm back again and happy to start this thread. Starting Jan 6th I'm planning to follow Low FODMAP diet for my weight loss program. I will be posting my food diet and ex routine every day!!!
