Weight Loss Group - 2019

    Just wanted to ask how many of you are with for a 1 week challenge where we finish dinner by 6:00 in the evening.

    :hello:Me...me,count me in.I love your enthusiasm.I usually finish my grilled snack by 4 30 pm and dinner by 7 pm...I can move it a bit.So when do we start?

    Jan 28th to Feb 1st - Day 1 to 5 of boot camp workout and 30 day shred done.

    Ayurveda suggest to finish dinner by sunset. I too followed it till December and was benefited. But due to some stress and all, my timing changed. I get hungry in the late nights. So now having around 8.30. will try to eat my dinner earlier and will catch up with you @Maddy2087 , @kveena

    We tend to feel weak when there's more than 3 hours gap between dinner & bed time and hunger pangs sets in leading to mid night snacking.To counter this finish with a light dinner 2-3 hours before bed time.This will give enough time to digest and one will not put out on weight.A person who sleeps soon after lunch or dinner is actually on a way to build a pot belly.Early to bed and early to rise is also best as per Ayurveda.

    Yes Veena, u r correct.
    My weak time is night. I used to have dinner by 6.30. and my son usually sleeps after 11, by that time i get hungry again and eat anything.
    Last few days I'm preparing soup in the afternoon/evening and eating dinner by 8.30. 50% of usual food + soup. Last week is a better one.

    From last few years I used to have dinner between 6-7 and same thing used to happen feel hungry in the midnight.

    Now I sleep between 8.30-9.00 pm. Wake up early 4.30-5.00. First thing in the morning drink some hot water.

    I think with this set up I get much better quality time.

    As for Saturday had heavy lunch. So skipped dinner just had a fruit shake.

    Couldn't do exercise but walked 10,000 steps. Need to catch up on Monday.
