    Hi salad,
    What Maddy said is correct. Weight loss should not be the main thing. We can check just for tracking.
    I'm checking on every saturday. But no goals set. Now my focus is on the workouts and proper eating. But when I see weight going down, it makes me feel good and easy to stick to the good habits.
    And how's ur fitness journey going?

    Yeah true when we see our weight reduced in scale it gives more motivation.

    I am taking classes every day. It varies Zumba, HIIT,streng training etc etc. Trying to eat more salads & fruits.

    I am bit lazy to drink water. Trying to not forget it

    Drinking water is also very important. Me too trying my best to drink enough water.

    Thanks for the tip. Never taken triphala before. Do I mix the tsp in water or take directly, hot water or cold ... pls give more info on this.

    Along with nutritious diet and exercise drinking a glass of luke warm water mixed with a tsp of triphala powder helps reduce fat.

    I have it with normal room temperature water.just put in a tsp of tripala and gulp it down with normal water.

    Using only stairs in place of lift and elevators. Observed that my stamina is gone up incredibly.
    Reduced from 2 cup tea to only 1 per day.
    1 hour yoga. More of static one.
