Weight Loss Group - 2019

    Hello my dear fitness buddies!

    I hope we all are sticking to the routine. This week's target.

    1. No elevators, No lift ,Only stairs. Walk up the stairs as much as possible.
    2. Include stair exercises in your routine. You can find many videos on YouTube. Choose as you wish.
    3. Only 2 cup tea allowed for day
    4. No sugar, 1 tap allowed only in tea/ coffee.

    Keep each other updated.

    Recovery day for me so no exercise.

    Stair exercise with a combo of 20 squats and mountain climbers
    Used only stairs for the whole day.
    No sugar.
    1 hour Yoga in the morning

    Do you guys check weight everyday or kept for any specific time frame?

    I am thinking of every Friday. And targeting between 0.25 to 0.50 kg reduce in a week.

    Continuing with my daily classes and food track

    Kept myself active the whole day.

    Sorry, but I don't check weight because it is never the correct parameter to determine health. Weight may fluctuate with water, food changes and worrying after that is something I dont advocate.

    Better to exercise and avoid outside food/ packaged food to maximum. Eat fresh, healthy, and strength training.

    One thing I always follow to improve bowel movement and fast weight loss is having 1 tsp triphala empty stomach and 1 tsp triphala before sleep. Try it and you will fall in love with it.
