Weight Loss Challenge/change

    I am not vegetarian and I do eat chicken and fish. I am not taking it everyday because of the bloating and other symptoms.

    I tried all home remedies and no relief yet. I saw a GI doctor and she told me to do endoscopy. So I have to do that to check if it's reflux or anything.

    1st meal: 1/2 cup white rice, 3/4 cup black eyed peas, elephant yam and drumstick curry ..

    2nd meal: 1/2 cup red rice, 3/4 cup cowpeas / thattapayar curry

    snacks: 2 energy bar, 1/4 of a banana

    Water: 2 litres

    exercise : yoga one hr in the morning, walk 3.5 km In the evening

    Breakfast - 2 eggs, bread and apple
    Snack- oranges
    Lunch- orange chicken, rice and yogurt
    Snack-- banana
    Dinner- chicken baked with sweet potatoes

    Walked for 45 minutes today.

    Thanks. I am still waiting for the endoscopy. I am taking medicine which was given by the dr. Taking it for a month but yet to see changes. Still burning in upper abdomen and bloating still there.
    Trying a new diet change and have to see if this helps. Avoiding onion, garlic etc.

    Breakfast - 2 idli one boiled egg and veg curry
    Snack- apple
    Lunch- fish curry with rice one cup , one cup yogurt
    Snack- peanuts
    Dinner- 2 chapati with fish curry , stir fry veggies

    Walked 2 miles today.

    Little millet (samai ) fermented kanji / Ambali with yogurt + salt.

    Snack:
    red pepper, orange pepper, yellow pepper (2 cup)

    Lunch:
    brown rice 1/2 cup
    red cowpeas curry (1 cup)
    red pumpkin Sabji
    avarai Kai / val papdi sabji
    Yogurt

    Snack:
    2 Amla

    Exercise:
    Morning Yoga: 1 hr
    Evening walk: 35 mins on treadmill

    1.5 Litres

    Breakfast
    2 boiled eggs and one apple
    Snack- few strawberries
    Lunch - rice, fish curry . Had one cup of rice. Watching the rice proportion.
    Skipped evening snacks today.
    Dinner- Millet noodles. I was feeling hungry since I skipped the evening snacks. So had an extra serving.
    Walked 1.5 miles today.

    One slice sprouted bread toast with ghee

    Lunch: Quinoa, Cow peas curry, Avaraikai

    Snack 1: Strawberry smoothie (strawberries, hemp seeds, water)

    Snack 2: cucumber, 2 tbsp of homemade banana bread (no added sugar)

    Exercise: light yoga stretches + 3 rounds Surya Namaskaram
