Yeah tried everything and mine is low for last 7 to 8 years irrespective of taking high dose supplements.
Now my Dr has given me an active form of D prescription to increase my D. I have been taking it for 2 years , still no results though.

I noticed you had mentioned upma in the earlier post, and pre celiac in another. Upma is wheat. and perhaps caused the severe bloating. All purpose flour, all chapathi, bread, cookies cakes, even hing powder must be avoided on a wheat free diet.

i find millets very non bloating. Lots of toaster oven roasted vegetables with our milder spices may be helpful.
    Wish you the very best.

Yeah.. I mentioned upma. Actually I did blood work with my primary physician and got the value as 4 for one blood work which is weak positive and the positive starts greater than 10. But still she said it's celiac diagnosis and asked me to start gluten diet. I just saw them 5 days ago.

But I read in the google and one of my friend who has celiac has told me that I need to see the gastro doctor to get confirmation for celiac through endoscopy.
So they told me if I start gluten free diet now, I might start to heal and further testing will diet false negative. I think that made sense and I didn't start GF diet yet. That's why eating what I used to eat before.

But you are right. It's making my bloating more worse. Until I see the gastro doctor and see what they say, I think I have to adjust this bloating as it's miserable and very very heavy which cause discomfort and uneasy.

I had this problem for 2 years, and my count was just 19 when I checked. My Dr suggested 200,000 iu bi-weekly injections for 3 months, and suggested I should walk for at least 1 hr, and go to gym for strength training. I also followed her strict diet plan for a while, a d saw some steady increase in my levels. It was 30, and then 42.

She changed the dose to 5000 iu daily, and my symptoms totally disappeared after that.

Poor me, I was so bad at taking my medicines. With my job which requires frequent travelling to different continents, I lost track of my intake, not just the medicine but also food. Gained weight, and forgot medicines most of the time. Now I have severe symptoms such as fatique, weight gain, and more importantly pain all over the body, sleeplessness at night and extreme sleepiness during day times. Also no mood for exercise or anything creative.
I have to break this once again to bring a change. I will test the results again next week. Let's see
