    Hi Friends,

    My update for today

    mng : around 2 litres of warm water + methi seeds
    bf : oats upma
    mid mng : 3 - 4 dates
    lunch : 2 ragi rotis + veg + greens
    evening : grapes
    dnr :1 cup of lentil soup & after 30 mins had a cup of milk with ovaltine.
    water - 4litres

    exercise:
    Leslie walk -3 miles
    elliptical trainer - 25 mins
    cardio : 10 mins

    I finally went to the gym again after a long break the last time i weighed my self (more than a month ago) i was 79.1 but yesterday i was 77.65 :D!!
    12.10.11

    L: Spinach + ricotta patty = Salad sandwhich
    D: fried egg

    W; 1.2L
    Ex: 45 mins cardio + power yoga 1 hr

    Hi alpa,
    Well its time to update my weight...I came down to 67 from 68. I want to ask u doubt... Banana is gud for weight loss or not? My friends are advicing me to avoid banana and grapes....But i love banana's very much...now i am having one or two banana daily in my diet routine...Is it ok?

    bananas are very good for weight loss have it any time of the day apart from evening for a snack, bananas help you curb your hunger and also if you have it in the morning on an empty stomach with hot water you will loss weight. i have half banana every day as we get big ones. so have one banana a day and also have an apple it really helps you in weight loss. Grapes are good as well i usually mix them in water melon and make juice. have them

    hey guys...so u mean by eating chapthis's we can reduce lot ..right?!?!?! hmmmmmm..lemme also try..i am 68kg..28yrs..need to reduce big time..being south indian i tend to eat lot of rice

    lunch : 3 small chappathis + veg subji +Dal
    evening : 1 piece cream less cake
    dinner : grapes + milk with ovaltine
    water : 4.5 litres


    Exercise:

    4 mile leslie walking in the mng
    1 hr brisk walking & few abs crunches..
