    Hi all,

    my update for today..

    mng : 2 litres of water + methi seeds
    bf : green peas sundal + 2 tsp sweet pongal
    mid mng : 1 apple
    lunch : 2 phulkas + veg subji + cucumber +carrot salad+honey
    evening : 4 almonds
    dinner : veg soup + grapes
    water intake : 5 litres

    exercise :
    45 min brisk walking
    20 min : elliptical trainer

    today my update

    morning : methi seeds with 1.5 liter water
    breakfast:eek:ats with buttermilk+carrot+beans steam boiled
    midmorning: banana
    lunch:mint rice with cucumber raitha
    evening:white chickpeas boiled+peanut candy+ 1cup masala tea(bcoz of severe headache)
    dinner: kambu dosa with mint chutney

    water:4.5 liters
    morning:yoga 1hr
    evening Walking:3miles

    alpa you told na that's correct. i will include more vegetables in forth coming days. thank you so much!!!!

    Dear Butterfly,
    do not give up and continue with your exercises, if yo uaren ot going to the gym then continue with your exercises at home and also google weight loss training at home so you get a variety of exercises to do. some days do brisk walking.

    sure aplha...Anyway this time, i really wanna acheive my goal...so no give up.. thanks for motivating me..

    i'm not going to gym... i'm dng exercises only @ home...i bought the elliptical trainer instead of treadmill & i'm working in tht only...

    surely will google for more exercises & shall continue the same...

    hi friends,

    today's update

    mng: 2 litres of water +methi seeds
    bf: Ragi + low fat buttermilk
    mid mng :2 tsp wheat halwa(i shld have avoided..)
    lunch : 3 phulkas + steamed veg
    evening : 4 almonds +1 digestive biscuit
    dinner : 1 apple + 1 cup of milk with ovaltine.

    water : 4.5 liters

    today only 25 min elliptical trainer...
    instead of walking, we roamed the mall for around 2 hrs...

    Hi Friends!!!
    Thanks for this topic. I am also doing my best to lose weight, but its always the same.does not increaI want to lose 7 kg. My wieght is 61 kg and i am 33 years old. Please need ur help.
    My diet is as follows:
    Morning 1 glass of warm water
    breakfast: chapati or cornflakes with tea
    I eat in between meals
    exercise at home sometimes for 5 tp7 minues only
    lunch rice with sabzi and fish
    evening green tea with some snack
    i feel hungry all the time
    I drink aroud 5 glasses of water everyday
    dinner is rice and fish sometimes chapati
    please advice some exercise for broad hips to be toned.

    dear alpa.. i was busy since 3 days with guest around, i travelled to my moms place today... but managed to eat with proper control... hope i maintain my routine with little here and there.....
