    hey gals!!!

    well 2dai didnt go that well...for brekkie i had fruits then for lunch i had to go to my sisters house and she made chicken briyani (couldnt resist) and for dinner i had fish curry with white bread...and i had 2 choc biscuits =( i did 1 hr of pilates and 10 min on the treadmill =( my body was hurting so much =(

    Here are sum of my short term goals
    1. Drink 2-3L of water
    2. No sugary/junk food
    3. Avoid White food (replace it with brown)

    2moro i will be out aswell...hmmm lets hope i do better 2morow than 2dai =)

    Hi Pink Rubies,

    It is ok for you to have chicken biryani. Just don't overeat. Eat a small portion. Changing your eating habits doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy food.
    Have you had the time to read my post about metabolism and weight loosing? I especially like this part:

    What is a healthy diet you ask? A healthy diet is based around whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and lean protein. A healthy diet keeps your metabolism in high gear with 4 to 6 small meals a day. It’s flexible enough to allow for popcorn at the movies or cake at a birthday party. No food is off-limits, but sweets and high fat junk food are eaten less often and in smaller quantities. A healthy diet is realistic and permanent; not something you suffer through for a week or two and then quit.

    Your body will hurt. I work out 4 to 5 times a week, once in a while even my body hurts because I am using muscles I did not know they existed!

    yea...i realised i didnt give up...i really cant bear the pain...didnt go to the gym today...want to give my body a rest =D

    HI all,

    Just going through net and found some food which can help us to reduce weight... Hope it's useful info

    1) Cabbage
    2) Chestnuts
    3) Figs
    4) Grapefruit
    5) Green tea
    6) Olive Oil
    7) Peanuts
    8) Water
    9) Watermelon
    10) Carrots


    Never eat fruits right after meals... wait atleast for 2 hours...
    Eat fruits 1 hr before meal for the best result...

    Vanisha grape fruit, cabbage and green tea are already tried by few of our friends and they succeed too... good info.. keep posting..

    2day da gym so so much better...my legs werent paining as much even though i did a bit more then the other days...c its gettn betta thanx girls...buh im still not drinkn enif water =)

    Did you know that cucumber and tomato ar good too cause theyhave lots of water.
