    Dear Anees,
you stopped abruptly, so whenever you do that just stretch your legs once or twice, you did not stretch thats why your legs are paining, do not stop jogging continue jogging then after a few days run on a high speed.
Stretching is very important for the body and legs.

    Dear Alpa,

Thank you so much for your valuable advice. till now I never thought of going to gym as I am trying to conceive and I was scared gymming would affect if in case anything turns positive. I spoke to my husband about joining a gym and he also agreed with me. SO my gym hunt starts today , have a couple of them near my house , will need to see what they offer and I will pick one which offers aerobics also.

    Yesterday's diet-

    7.00 AM - Methi water
    7.30 AM - tea
8.30 AM - Oats with previous night's veg soup which was excess and which I could not finish and so kept in the fridge
    10.30 & 12.00 - climbed 8 floors up & down twice
11.30 - milk with little coffee decoction
    12.45 - 1 chapathi with ridgegourd chutney & curd
1.30 - Lime water with pudina ( tried without sugar , it tasted so bitter that I added 1 cube sugar)
4.30 pm - little milk & 1 bowl of musk melon( yey I won over the temptation of eating samosa , my tongue was longing for that samosa )
    7.45 - Tender coconut
8.30 -9.15 - Brisk walk with jogging in between
9.45 Veg soup made of carrot, cabbage, tomato & onion

    Dear Alpa,

Here is my fruit day diet.

    6:00 AM - Methi water
    7:00 AM -Tea
8:00 - 2 glasses of Fruit shake with Pears,Apple, Musk Melon and little milk
    11:00 - Orange
    1:30- One bowl of Banana+Chiku+Watermelon+Grapes
    3:00-8 Dates
5:00- One bowl of Green grapes
    7:00 - Tender coconut
    9:00 - Banana Milkshake

90 minutes of brisk walking. I initially thought that I will feel hungry and was thinking I may not stick to this, but I was wrong. The fruit shake kept me full till 12:00 actually. As I had grapes in the evening I didn't feel like making a thick shake for evening and ended up Banana milk shake. I feel I have beared the heat well and felt light when I got up this morning. Face was looking much bright adn clear as per my MIL :). I am hoping to see more improvement after I do this 2 or 3 more weeks. Thanks for the wonderful idea Alpa.
