    Its nice to see this thread.
    I am living in Oman, Rustaq.
    I too wanted to shed 10 kgs. I think you have already started doing this. From today i am going to start. (ennaiyum serthukanga).

    Morning : Exercise atleast for 1 hr.(walking)
    and following the diet it was mentioned here.
    or split the exercis timing morning and evening.
    and then gradually do other workouts and can increase the counts also.
    what do you say?:thumbsup

    I joined the gym 2dai =) but it was $370...my dad paid...he said "i bought food to feed u and now im buying u gym membership to make u loose weigh" lol

    So i start from 2moro...

    1. I'll wake up and drink my weightloss tea
    2. Go to the Gym...workout
    3. Come home...hav cereal with fruit and skim milk
    4. Hav salad for Lunch
    5. Hav soup for Dinner
    6. Thorugh the day ill snack on raw fruit and veggies and nuts
    7. I will drink 2 - 3L of water =)

    dus that sound gud?
    My strating weight is 79kg...every staurday i will measure my self and let u all noe k...

    skidran, rvasugi and susi welcome...its never to late to start and everyone will go at there own pace so its never to late to goin the 'Weightloss Buddies" lol

    Kirti: ive found a place where they hold yogs classes the style u do it and its FREE! so im thinking of joining that next week =)

    Thanks friends for your encouraging words.

    I know that there are lots of people who are reducing 2 kgs in a weak whereas i did it in a month.That is the funny part.

    Coming to my diet regimen -- still i am eating everything but very little. I got diverted during Diwali as i gulped sweets.
    As others suggested i drink 3 lts of water ( mostly normal water) and go for 30 mins walk and skipping the dinner.One time tea. Nothing else.I have to reduce 8 more Kgs.

    Good to know you joined gym.. actually its best way to do workouts coz you get good guidance... your diet chart sounds very less... for lunch you can increase your intake... dinner is absolutely fine..

    water try to drink hot water... it works better...

    Ladies,

    When you have your weight under control you should maintain it. If you fall back in your old habits again then it is a waste of your energy and time. And its frustating.

    I also read that many ladies are eating rice during lunch. Why don't you try chapatti. Or if you want to eat rice, eat brown rice. Or wholeweat bread, 2 slices.

    It is better to change your lifestyle then go an strict diet because after the diet you will gain weight if your not strict! So just eat what your other members eat but in smaller portions. For me, I eat everything, (chocolates included, not everyday!)but in moderation. But I also work out 4 or 5 times a week.

    Also if you are going to loose weight please join a gym because your body will become saggy. And if you can't join a gym there are excercises on you tube. Make sure you do them the right way!
