    dear, if you are taking heavy lunch 36_2_64.gif then u can adjust ur intake for your dinner... just take fruits or plain soup for dinner...

    anyway enjoy your holiday and have fun ! :cheers

    Hi everyone

    Here is my daily log for your eyes :-

    13/07/2009
    Food log :
    05.30 - fenugreek with 2 glass of hot water
    06.30 - Honey + water
    08.00 - 4 tbs of oats with 1 cup of buttermilk + little bit of salt

    13.00 - ragi mudde with yogurt & onion
    15.00 - guava
    17.30 - lemon juice (warm)
    19.00 - 1 salad bowl (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion and celery with low fat

    mayo)
    22.00 - 1 cup of tea & few groundnuts (less then 10)

    Exercise - 15 minutes of jogging in treadmill
    Drink 3 litres of warm water.

    My diet chart for 13/07/2009

    06.00 - 4 glasses of water
    07.45 - 3 dosas with onion chutney
    10.30 -
    1 cup fruit punch
    12.20 - McDonalds Filet-O-Fish meal (sorry did not bring lunch. so no choice :bowdown)
    15.30 - Papaya
    16.30 - Green Tea
    20.30 - 1 small cup of veg briyani (could not resist)

    21.00 - 2 watermelon pieces + a small piece of banana cake

    P.S. I am into baking these days and find it difficult to avoid my own baked food. :hide:

    Exercise - 30 minutes morning walk
    3 litres of water.

    Below is my diet chart for 13/07/09 for your valuable comments

    Diet Chart for 13/07/09

    05.30 - Fenugreek with 1 glass of warm water
    07.00 – 2 tsp Honey in 1 glass warm water
    08.00 – 1 cup coffee
    09.00 - 3 idlis with sambar
    11.30 – 1 cup coffee
    13.30 - 1 cup Veg Pulav + Cucumber Raita + 1 cup palak
    16.00 - 1 cup coffee
    17.30 – ½ cup tea + 3 Marie Biscuits

    19.00 – Panipuri ( Should have avoided it L )
    20.30 – 1 bowl of musk melon + 2 pieces of Jackfruit

    Exercise –
    25 mins of Tracy anderson post pregnancy workout video

    dear, i think u should reduce your coffee... try to replace it with
    green tea or buttermilk (using low fat milk).

    anyway what is panipuri ??? never heard it before ???
    besides you didn't mention how much water u have drink through out the day ??

    remember.. you can see fast results when u :-
    1) driink plenty of warm water
    2) take very light foods for dinner
    3) frequently do exercise (cardio)
    4) reduce sugar & salt

    Have been battling it out alone for a long time.

    My diet for 14/7/09

    Morning
    Tea
    I cup Milk 1 Roti

    Lunch
    1 cup rice sprouts curds

    evening Tea with crackers

    Dinner Apples and 1 cup Milk

    reduce on your coffee intake, as bambli has mentionedand eat more salds adn fresh fruits and drink lots of warm water at least 2 litres.
    pani puri is asking for weight put on, yo ucan have it once in a while.

    continue posting your diet and if you are tryingto loose weight after pregnancy try avoiding fried foods and have steamed foods, it will really help you.
