    Hi Bambli...thanx for remebring me, my diet is going neraly the same but for lunch i hav normal food as i am on holidays, i will strat posting regularly once i get back to hostel as i am always busy here

    Can I also join you in this weight loss mission..

    I am new to this forum and was astonished to find so much of support to loose weight.

    I weigh 68 kgs now and my ideal weight is 55 kgs.. hv to loose 13 kgs.:spin

    Just came across the kitchuppa diet plan posted by krishnamma and have decided to start from tommorrow.

    I need all your support and motivation. I will post my diet plan from tommorrow.

    Welcome to our forum. Of course u can send your daily diet plan to us and we will comment or advice u accordingly.

    Remember to set your long and short term goal before u start ur diet. U must work hard to achieve your short goal and slowly your will achieve ur long term goal...

    example :-
    short term goal - reduce 1 kg per week
    long term goal - reduce 13 kgs

    Thanks for helping me set my short term and long term goals.. so i would be starting from tommorrow 10th july 0. So I should be able to loose 13 kgs by 10th Oct.

    I have gained weight in the last 1 yr due to stress/move etc. Thanks a lot PinkRubbie for bringing me back to this thread. I have started from yday.Will be active

    July-8
    Food log :
    07.00 - 1 glass of warm water with honey,lemon
    08.30 - 1 cup of oats with 2 spoons of fatfree yogurt + salt
    09.30 -1 cup of coffee with splenda & cream
    12.00 - 2 veggie quesidillas with cheese
    03.00 - 1 red apple
    06.00- 1 cup of fat free yogurt with salt
    08.00- 2 slice of whole wheat bread with veggies & cheese +1 cookie.

    Exercise - 20 mins Jillian Michales workout DVD.
    Drink lots of water but I dont measure it.

    Hi Ladies,

    Howz everyone doing?? Have been a little busy the last 2 weeks...Im still continuing wid my diet plan...and thanks Alpa, will include the soup for dinner...even Ive been thinking of it for long...sometimes if I get hungry after the fruit for dinner, I have a glass of milk...but I think having a veggie soup wud be a better option...lemme try that out...and ya for someone who was curious to know if I lost 20 pounds in 2 months, I did not lose all of it in 2 months...I lost about 8 pounds immediately after I started taking medicine for hypothyroidism(I put on wt bcoz of this is wat i feel)...the rest was my effort in the last 2 months...I still have miles to go....gud luck ladies...
    I wl get back here on tuesday...We are going to NIAGARA this weekend :2thumbsup:

    Hi sri,

    now try not to have too much of yoghurt espcially in the eveing as it iwll lead to weight gain. you can have youghurt as mid moring snack, avoid having slpenda and cream as splenda has hidden sugar (synthetic) sugar it, try to have natural sugar. Have coffe put the normal sugar.
    At night for dinner have veggie soup only, brown brad is good but have it eithger for lunch or dinner. Drink at least 2 litres of hot water everyday. Include lots of salads and fruits in your diet.

    hi dear,
    have veggie soup for dinner and then afte na hour have an apple, due to your thyroid and medication you will put on weight. but you need to exercise a lot to keep your weight in control and drink lots of hot water.
    so have good breakfast light lunch and very light dinner like soup only.
    in between have salads and fruits.
