    6.30 am warm water
    7.30 am coffee
    9 am oats
    11.30 2 phulka with gravy
    2.30 pm 2 cream biscuit
    6.45 pm 1 bowl ven pongal with sambar
    8.30 pm warm milk

    exercise:
    leslie 2 miles walk- 30 min
    cardio exercise in Xbox - 20 min
    ab exercise

    oct 13- mon- 45 mins kick boxing, pranayam
    oct 14-tue-1 hr strength training,30mins walk,pranayam,bastrika,kriya
    oct 15-wed-pranayam,bastrika,kriya,meditation,45 mins kick boxing,10mins walk.

    Friends,
    I am going through hard phase on PMS. I have increased my relaxation techniqes, drinking more green tea,lessening sugar and salt.
    My doctor tested me with few questions and my symptoms...
    I came up with a conclusion that I am one of the million women who face this regularly. she said, no solution until I cross Menopause.:drowning

    I really need a support group to cross every 15 days of all oncoming months of my life...It is driving me crazy with all intense symptoms. still, managing to exercise with very less intensity atleast until the end of the classes...Inaddition to that, my feet issues also adding on, to drag me from my effective workouts.
    I have taken medications from podiatrist. He said to allow myself couple of months to see some recovery.

    In this circumstances, my weight loss looks like a biggest challenge for me, since I am stagnant for many years.At times, I feel very much irritated. Now, no intense workouts, no carb free diets, I dont know how I will be able to shed all my weight. Past 10 days, my tummy popped up few inches due to bloating and felt like a hard stone if touched. Feeling very heavy all over, which inturn affects my leg pain.
    when I was venting on my husband about the pains and lack of stamina, he was joking that, he need a support group where all husbands of PMS ladies meet.
    If I am in Indus Ladies, he says, he need to be in some Bharat Boys- PMS support group?
    Even at the peek of all discomforts, I laughed aloud.

    Hi ladies,

    I lost weight for the 3 rd time but have few lbs left on my tummy and hips .. Working on that right now.. Feeling excited and I hope I maintain it this time :)

    Oct 16 updates:
    No junk
    workout : 3 miles treadmill burnt around 250 calories :yes:

    Here is my list:

    Based on the severity from top to bottom- most bothering on top, manageable at the bottom:)

    1. Breast tenderness/heaviness
    2.leg pain
    3.low back pain
    4.head ache
    5.bloating/ pot tummy on these days
    6.constipation
    7.hemorrhoids due to above symptom
    8.joint pain
    9.Not willing to talk to anybody around
    10.allergic to sound
    11.fatigue/low energy
    12.drowzyness/sleepy head
    13.requirement of extra carbs/craving for carbs,sweets,salty foods
    In addition to that, my regular trouble areas of feet and neck/shoulder will also add on to it.

    walking at 2 miles /hour for continuos 15 mins seems to be extremely difficult for the same person who do intense workouts. Even wearing the dress on me felt like 10 kgs extra on my body.
    Doctors say that , harmonal impacts are high on me. I am balancing myself with extra effort these ways.

    sitting for 15 to 20 mins for me-2 times a day- breathing/meditation
    increasing water intake
    not giving up on exercise - atleast I make sure that I follow all exercise with all the modifications I can make
    I do not touch sweets except 1 or 2 dark chocolates to soothe me
    less salt/sugar in my foods
    purposefully not avoiding much carbs- since it is initiating all kinds of negative effects on me. so, I eat in limits like 2 chapatis/ 1 cup rice/ 2 idlis etc.,
    listening to music more often
    turning my vent as chanting when ever I feel like using my sharp tongue on my dear ones around- as soon as I wake up, I start to chant little louder to keep myself in good start for the day.

    Initially, I was scared to face this. Also got very scared when I hear the doctor says, it will last until my menopause ( in my 50's?)
    15 more years to face these? God, save me. I am losing almost half of every month already.

    some how, I am learning to cope up, holding on strong with these storms ...I know I will emerge since I am able to realize the happening, and trying to make positive changes to my level best. I definitely dont want to drown myself into prolonged depression...The more calming techniques I follow, the more symptoms I get slowly relieved...

    Let me make peace with these challenges...
