    Hello Ladies,

    Today, I weighed 149.6 lbs [​IMG]. (attached my weighing scale picture). Quite excited to enter into the last milestone for this year. I was just waiting for this moment to see a change in my scale. Yes, I'm below 150 lbs ...

    If I can do it; everyone else can also do it. We just need dedication and motivation to reach our goal [​IMG]

    Aug 30:


    breakfast - 1 cup bournvita, 1 slice wheat bread, fruit smoothie
    lunch - lemon rice with peas , green grapes
    eve - 1 cone ice cream shared with dh
    dinner - 2 slices of Domino's pizza , grapes


    workout at our hotel gym:
    treadmill - 130 calories; 1.51 miles
    elliptical - 120 calories; 1.18 miles
    walking - 3 hours
    Total calories burnt on a holiday weekend - 250 calories (workout) + calories on walking + pumping

    slowly trying to get into the routine...the grey weather isn't helping! arghhh :drowning

    I know Manali.. I'm back too !

    Oct 6 - 3.5 miles burnt more than 300 calories and yes, I'm already back in my pre- preg wt and started getting comments that I look skinny and no cheeks :cheers. Have few lbs to lose (tummy area) and then maintenance !

    I just got a new laptop as a gift today :) I'm in cloud nine lol

    Breakfast - bournvita, wheat bread, soaked almonds, fruit smoothie (apple, banana, strawberry and blackberry)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, vegetable, egg & yogurt
    Eve - dates, grapes
    Dinner - dosa, curry & milk (yet to)

    Workout:
    Treadmill - 3 miles
    Elliptical - 15 mins
    Climbing stairs
    Squats
