    Thanks Alpa! i am feeling better after seeing all your loving words, thanks a lot! Yes, i need to accept the nature cycle. and need to be positve, as i am back to my office, my mind is diverted and feeling better now.

    Dear All -

    My updates are , I am 63.6kgs as of 1st July. I am not going for a walk due to periods and stomach pain. I will start walking after 2days. Food intake is good, I am not eating any junk.
    Hope July will be better month for me.
    Current weight – 63.6kgs
    Target weight for July – 63kgs.

    weight on 1 st June-128 pounds
    weight on 30 th June- 128 pounds
    status- same- no loss.



    All my June month efforts ended up in just maintaining the weight.Let me take a shot for July.
    This month is extremely challenging for me since I am already on vacation and will be back home only by 16 th of July. half month will be gone outside home. I just want to maintain myself with the same weight till second week.
    After that in next two weeks, I aim to reduce to 126 pounds in July.

    My July challenge:
    Weight on 1 st July- 128 pounds
    Target for 31 st July- 126 pounds.

    My challenges for July:
    Hi Dears,
    I am doing good on my vacation. ...
    but here it is toooo hot and I am always sweating .

    Challenges:
    sofar:
    1. no intake of food that no longer serves good nutrient to my body at any point of the time: missed 1 day/3 days
    ate muffin on the flight for breakfast.
    2. suryanamaskar all mornings- done till now.
    3. floor workouts 6 days - 3/ 6 days done.
    4. 2 to 4 mile walk 5 days - 2/5 days done- 3 mile, 3 mile done.
    5. Meditation and breathing exercise- atleast 3 days this week- 1/3 days done.




    I am taking my parents to Niagara falls on friday and saturday, with out my hubby. With added responsibility, I am kind of stressed... some thing worrying about safety and I need to bring kids and parents safely back home. praying God for the courage. I already have, but inside deep in my mind, I have some fear...Hope will deal it in confidence...

    I am tring to stick to stay as close to my goals as possible. My parents are supportive, but they could n't see me working out 2 times a day. For their eyes, I am starving and working so hard. They never saw me in my diet routine and complete exercise routine before this closer. I am trying to explain I am stronger and healthy...

    Dont worry and stress so much. Drive carefully. Have fun.

    My weight on June 1st - 190.7 lbs
    My weight on June 30th - 190.2 lbs
    I have lost only 0.5 lbs but iam happy i could lose atleast that afterthe spell of not losing weight for 2 months.
    Hope in July i can work out more.

    My parents are coming here mid july so kinda excited.

    My weight on July 1st - 190.2 lbs (86.2)
    My aim for july 31st - 187.8 lbs (85.2)
