My diet today:
Brkfst: slice of bread and low fat milk
midmorning: apple and half cup mango juice
Lunch: Leftover pasta
Dinner: Not yet decided
Workout: 6 miles of walking

with great difficulty I have restarted swimming yesterday. Today , feeling body pain and exhaustion....but I am determined , I will swim in the evening. If I can take half an hours short nap in the afternoon, I think, I can swim in the evening.

water- 4 ltrs
food- lemon water,black eyed peas, 1 dosa
salad, oatmeal,rasam,spinach koottu,beetroot curry, yogurt
orange juice, cashews
exercise- 15 sets SN, 5 mile walk,30 mins floor workout
My diet for the day
Brkfst: 2 dosas and low fat milk
Lunch: Rasam sadham and Aloo podimas
Snack: Watermelon chunks and herbal tea
Dinner: stir fry noodles
no workout bcoz had a house cleaning session today
