Weight Loss Buddies from 2012

    Hi,

    Today I ate Rasam with aloo fry.
    Not much excercises but surely after reading all the replies I am going to be committed for the weight reduction.

    From tomorrow I will start with my Yoga and exercises and surely log into this and will reply what I have done.

    Hi all

    I am also targeting to lose some weight- 10 kg exactly - this year. Hope I get to do this

    I had earlier in the last year lost about 4 kgs and few inches with planned food and yoga but I don't get time now due to my office timings. Anyway, I do walk for about 30 minutes but am not able to control diet. I hope being a member of this thread will do miracles for me. I will try to update daily or as often as possible about what I thought and did for losing weight!

    i want to lose 10 kg.....no crash diets....will try to lose it in a healthy way.....do share your tips...
    main thing i will be doing is exercise( not gym...at home )...food portion control and reducing oil+ sugar..

    OMG i just wrote a individual reply to everyone here and i pressed back and it all got deleted. I shall be back soon with a detailed reply. Just another thing ladies if you could type ur daily eating and exercise in this format at then end of the day or the next day it would be great

    Date: 03.01.012

    7:15 - pittu + dhal
    8:30 - mocha frapaccino
    1:00 - veg/tofu stir fry noodles
    5:30- choc bar
    7:00- pittu + beans curry + dhal
    9:30 - choc

    exercise- nil
    water - 250 ml

    Yes, that is my day, and a very poor day in terms of weight loss i really need to cut back on the sugar and start exercising.

    great start to the new year, i guess.
    lets start with ourselves. im at 63 now at 5 feet height need to lose 13 kgs in this year. hope it works out as planned.
