    @Alpa: Thanks... :) yeah must have been the milk or the combination! not having milk at night again...I think it doesn't suit me....

    Abt me.....im 70 now i wanna be 65 by Nov 2012....will be posting my food routine from tom!!!!

    Pls accept me!!! :) i hav tried evrthiiii - gym,yoga,dieting.....swimming but i couldnt follow these for long run!!!

    Hope i will be a good weightloss buddy for u all... :)

    My weight has been shifted down a bit today. I think Anitha has passed on the magic to me as I requested!!!

    I reached 128.8 today. I did not exercise any thing yesterday. May be my body needs that change of not doing any exercise. lost 0.6 pounds today.

    sep 1: 130.8
    sep 18: 128.8

    Aug 4- 166lbs
    Sept 4- 162 lbs
    Sept 18 - 161 lbs

    Even with minimal exercise I was able to reduce few pounds by shrinking my stomach.

    diet for today
    morn- coffee
    mid morn- 1 choc chip cookie :bonk
    lunch- dhal rice +carrot
    evening - tea + 2 marie bis
    dinner- going to have oats.

    My DS is down with cold and fever,so no exercise today.

    Take care.
    When I had mango and someoen told me - Mango is recalled, I felt unhappy. I was worried if I will get sick. Then again when I got papaya, they said along with mangoes, papayas are also recalled and I was pissed off.

    As Kirthi asked, what fruits to eat now.. I've no clue. So, check in your area if they've re-called any fruits.

    Hi Ladies,

    Our gym is closed for 2 days. Trying to eat in limis but then not so conscious now. Taking rest.
    Tomorrow, gym will open & I will also celebrate Ganesh day..
    Waiting to eat my MIL preparation(sweet kollukattai & green gram dhal sundal).. Skipping my diet for tomorrow. ;)

    I'll post my food routine later..

    I was just kidding..

    Yea, if you see downward trend then it is good. But, sometimes it goes up & down.. when you diet/ex, you should not expect for wt loss the next day itself.. It will take time for you to see downward trend.

    Hi frds,

    Happy to see many weight loss in this thread. Congrats to all. To me,still magic didn't happen. Still I am in 58.8 kg. since yesterday I am getting slight pain near to my waist and below rib cage.i can feel the pain now n then. My husband says it is symptom of ulcer so Dnt go for diet ,I said I Dnt what is the reason and also Dnt think so it is ulcer. May be gas too. So today Mrg I had oats and afternoon I had rice.night feeling like to have soup but Dnt knw whether my DH will allow to have it. He is keep on scolding me to have proper food not just Chappathi and soup.i will update my today diet before sleep. Nowadays I am doing hip drop from modern mom 10 count each side,

    Will it be the reason for pain.can u any anyone have any idea about this?????

    hi ladies,
    my updates:
    bf - 4 small slices of wheat bread stuffed with corriander chutney(my favourite combination)
    mid morning - carrots/grapes(ate little)
    lunch - 2 roti/tomato subji/1 boiled egg(white)
    eve - popcorn(no cheese)
    dinner - 1 roti/idly with corrainder chutney

    No ex.

    No wt gain.

    Tomorrow, I will start my workouts.
