    Hi frds,

    Today weight: 58.8 kg

    6.30 am. Wake up
    6.45 am. 1 mug warm water
    8 am. 1 bowl noodles
    10.30 am. Banana
    1 pm. 1 Chappathi with Green gram gravy and 1 omelette
    5 pm. Tea with mixer
    7.45 pm. 1 bowl veg soup

    15 squat
    Ab crunch
    Palates
    Modern mom hip exercise
    No walking

    @Anitha: yes...authentic chinese food is bland...but with Indian touch it's yummm! ;)

    17th September

    I don't have much to update today...cuz I didn't eat much :-( I was fine till yesterday evening but in the night I had horlicks milk and then some cantaloupe..I don't know whether the milk was bad or something was wrong with the cantaloupe but I got up this morning with a very bad diarrhea. Couldn't eat anything...

    Mrng: tried some chai...I guess had half cup n left
    BF: made daliya....had a small bowl daliya...I thought that's the lightest and most easily digestible thing that I can have...

    no lunch, had some yogurt dissolved in half glass of water with salt n cumin powder...

    and that's it...feeling weak...will try to have the remaining daliya at night....

    No exercise

    @Sridevi: ok.. :) if you feel that's the best way about it...then it's fine ...whatever makes you feel comfortable..just stay happy n relaxed! :)

    Hi Friends!

    Yesterday 1/2 hr walk and menu as mentioned below:

    6.00 AM - 4 Prunes.
    Breakfast - 1 Scoup of pongal and 1 vada.
    10.00 AM - Coffee
    Lunch - 4 Small chappathi
    4.30 PM - Milk
    6.30 PM - 1/2 Orange, 2 Prunes.
    Dinner - 4 pieace of grilled fish and a cup of Tea.

    Today:
    1/2 hr walking and the menu will be:

    6.00 AM - 3 Soaked Badam
    Breakfast - 1 cup milk and 2 Puris.
    Lunch - 1 Cup rice and 1 pieace fish
    6.30 - Pomegrante, cup of milk and 4 prunes.
    Dinner - 5 small Paniyaram(made out of wheat+jaggery).

    I recorded 67.7 kg today morning.......a slight downward trend. Even if I touch 67.5 kg and maintain it by this month end, my net wt loss for Sept would be 500 g.


    Let us see how many of us achieve Sept challenge!

    Iam not able to do any work out today. full rest today.
    I had soup and watermelon for dinner. very sleepy and tired. I have some work to be finished by today. so, having a glass of tea to refresh myself. going to bed very soon. bye friends...

    Here goes my schedule for Sep 17,2012

    8 -1 cup warm water

    8 15 - a bowl of cornflakes with fruits
    9 15 - black tea
    10 30 - cucumber and carrot slices
    12 30 - 1.5 wheat dosa with kaarakuzhambu, 1 fist rice with okra raitha.
    1 - a bite of choc donut
    2 cups of warm water
    4 - 1/4 apple
    6 30 - 2 dosa with thogayal and peach
    8 - orange
