    Thanks Alpa.. But is it possible to lose 5 kgs by october mid...
    Wht should I do?
    With proper diet, 20 mins excercise enough? I can spend only that much time I guess...

    Hi, today will actually be my first active day with the fuel band...so let's see how much I'm able to burn...last 2 days weekend...I don't workout on weekends so was unable to meet my goal...but yeah it does calculate every single calorie you burn, right from working in the kitchen to cleaning to house to even talking i guess!!

    Hi IG!

    My weight on 1st August was 53 Kgs...

    today, on 27th August I am 51.8 kgs...so I have reduced 1.2 kgs! :2thumbsup: :yes:

    4 more days before August ends...might hit the target of 1.5 kgs! let's see... even if I can't achieve 1.5, I am happy with 1.2 kg weight loss :)

    Hi Akineel! Congrats on your weight loss :)

    Hmm I don't know...it's different for different ppl...but one should do at least 30-40 mins of workout when trying to lose weight... but if you can devote 20 mins, it's fine...

    HI Dear,

    My weekend lunch will always end up in heavy side. So, I always take care of my break fast & dinner.
    Sunday, I ate a nice mushroom briyani prepared by me ;)
    So, I had to cut down on my dinner.

    2 days I was munching like anything.. Starting from today, am following my diet.

    hi ladies,

    my updates so far:

    break fast - had my favourite honey bunch of oats - 1 bowl
    10am - grapes/orange
    lunch - kitchadi(with carrot, beans, peas) with curd & 1 boiled egg(white only)
    just now eating - 1 cucumber ;)

    ex, and other routine - will post later

    Yeah let us know Manali.. how is this fuel band helping you like.. am eager to know.. i have asked the same to my DH as one of our wedding aniiverssary gift.. lets see.. as he got a new car last week due to my request.. getting anything costly gift from him will not happen till this yr end.. ;)))

    Hi All,

    I havent been writing about my food diary or workout routine because as mentioned earlier I have injured my ankle, hence cannot do any workouts.

    so basically, I havent lost any wt esp for the "1.5kg challenge for aug". Hopefully, if there is another challenge for for September then I will join in and try to loose some wt. Taking another wk off, before I get back into shape.

    Really happy to read that a lot of you have been successful at loosing the wt!

    12.30pm: roti+navratan kurma
    3pm: milk+horlicks
    4.30pm: honey dew
    8pm: veggie soup(yet to have)

    workout
    20min: JM 30DS - level 2
    20min: elliptical
    20 min: walk

    sridevi1977, I wanted to do the arm toning workouts in the evening but it doesn't look like it because I think I will working pretty late.
