    Hi Indianguy,
    Even for me same situation .my July 1 st weight is 59.5 kg and now my weight is 59 kg. two days before I was in 58.6 kg but gained weight in this two days.

    Today's update

    7 am. Wake up
    7.15 am. Coffee
    8 to 8.20 am Ab exercise
    9 am. Oats
    10.30 am. 1 banana
    1 pm. Lunch out( 1 pakoda,5 spoon noodles,1 naan,1/4 cup mango pudding)
    5 pm. Tea
    7.15. Pm. 1 bowl pasta

    hi ladies,
    friday dinner since sunday lunch, had a wonderful food hahahha :)))
    Am sure, i would have gained 1-2lbs..
    funny thing is, sunday night I feel like someone pushing me into diet world and taking me out on friday like ;))))
    hope, i will try to keep up my diet routine starting from tomorrow.

    break fast - cofee with 1 whole wheat bread(no cheese, jam)
    lunch - mushroom briyani/raita
    eve - cardamom tea with marie biscuit
    temple prasad(laddoo little)

    Thanks Alpa. i will follow this. i do generally do not take anything before 30 minutes but i use to eat sprouts.

    My Updates.

    on friday
    4: 5 pm:- burnt around 410 calories on trademill.
    5:40pm :- 1 katori sprouts
    at 6:30 pm 1 apple
    at 8:30 1 bowl soup, 1 katori daal, quarter bhakari and 1nad half tea spoon rice.
    walked for 15 20 minutes after dinner.
    the day went well.


    but saturday no workout, food was normal for the day
    Dinner: had 1 chapati + rice and sabji with coconut milk for dinner as my friend and her husband had coem for dinner, and could not resist too much.

    Sunday

    in the morning had 1 tea spoon methi dana and exercised for an hour.

    breakfats at 10:30 2 plain dosa with chatni

    at 5 pm had 1 bowl rice and sabji

    night at 10pm 1 katori rice :(


    Today

    Mornign 7:30 am 10 15 methi dana (can please someone tell if i should drink the water as well and what is teh benefit) and 1 glass warm water with 1 lemon as honey wasn't available

    8:15 had a uttappa without oil, without chatni or sambar + 1 cup tea

    I weighed myself after coming to office and i am 79.1 kg :( willl follow strict diet and keep updating daily, targeting to loose at least 2 KGs by friday.
    10:40 1 cup green tea and 1 marie gold biscuit.

    Hi IG & friends...

    First of all sorry for not updating regularly.
    I'm happy to inform you that I could see some change in my weighing scale.

    Aug 25 - 81.2
    Aug 26 - 80.9
    Aug 27 - 81.3

    My starting weight - 83.5

    I could not believe this and I cross verified in analog machine as well..
    Finally I lost 2 kgs. My son birthday is in oct. hope to reach 76 by that time.
    Thanks to my hubby. He gifted elliptical for my bday and he kick started my excercise routine.
    Plz motivate me. and give me some tips.
    If I reduce my food like Anitha I will get headache and end up eating more.

    Anitha, how do you manage with one bread for brk fast and ladoo alone for dinner?

    Am happy to join you for the upper body workouts.
    I will update here about the workouts. I am aiming for 4 days in a week.
    JM - 4 to 5 days in a week.
    Upper body workouts- 4 days in a week.

    counting starts from tomorrow, as monday is a good start for calculating one full week.

    @IG,
    I was 130.2 pounds (59.18 kg) on june 1 st.
    I was 129.8 pounds (59 kg) on aug 25.

    No loss as a whole.
