    ‍♀️It’s time for the SALLY UP CHALLENGE!!!! ‍♀️

    This week we are going to light your muscles on fire! Not literally, but you definitely will be feeling the burn.


    This challenge is done to the sounds of the song “Flower” by Moby.

    Here’s how you do it:

    1 - Pick an exercise and time your reps to the lyrics

    2 - Every time they sing “Sally up,” perform the “up” movement of the exercise

    3 - Every time they sing “Sally down,” perform the “down” movement of the exercise.


    The classic version of this challenge has you doing push-ups for the duration of the song, but you can do it with almost any exercise!


    Try it with:

    • Push-ups

    • Squats

    • Overhead dumbbell press

    • Burpees (Jump up with they sing “up,” drop to the floor when they sing “down”)

    • Biceps curls

    • TRX Rows
