Yes Vastrakala No good fabric

No dear, now they have changed it. you can take one piece also in prakash. I took my wedding saree in chennai silks last october.

And my encagement saree in Kancheepuram, I want that to be in good quality so bought it in kancheepuram society. There, you can't expect new models, they will be traditional and worth to buy. In prakash we took 3 sarees for my mom and mil. they have a great collection, beautiful color combinations. but quality will be comparatively low.

Wedding reception saree in chennai silks, Tnagar. Silk saree with some stone work, not heavy though. There you have a great collection.

Ya i bought my reception saree in pothys..I bought it about 6 years back dear..Yes my saree too is stiff,but i think the stiffness is because of very heavy jari work.not very sure about the reason..but the jari has not become dull,its just lying in my cupboard since 6 years..it looks the same..

yeah...i didnt feel the good quality in Vasthrakala from Pothys.notdonesmiley

Go for Kancheepuram... Prakash and Babu Shah are the best shops to buy... I bought there only for my marriage.. All sarees were awesome...

If time is not a factor then can check with silk weavers in Kancheepuram. They weave as per the color and design chosen by us.
They took almost 35-40 days to weave two sarees.
