So well written, poignant and caring, touching shows how much you love your parents and happiness though, it eludes them now will be a part of their life. Your prayers willl be answered. Great to know that you have not lost focus, stay that way. Whether your folks did celebrate for the sake of it or whatever the reason they got a chance to recollect their better days. Fo all you know that might be the beginning of the happy times for you and them!!!
