Hi friends I would like to know about how the weather will be there in June as we are planning a trip .What type of warm clothing should we carry?We will be travelling to Austria,UK,Germany,Holland,Italy,switzerland,France.
Kanaka, It's been unusually cold for May this year. We are all hoping for proper summer in June. Normally end of june it could be 23-25 degC. And depending on which part of Germany you visit you'll still need jackets.. it'll be sunny, warm in the afternoons but with a chill breeze. south of germany, swiss and austria, because of mountains, would be chiller than other places. and there will be one or 2 days where you can walk around in sandals, salwar/saree without extra layers. Well, lucky June-holiday-er, there are plenty of hot, sunny destinations to choose from, so much so that it’s the time of the month rather than the destination that should lead your decision, the most important factor being whether or not you have to travel in the school summer holidays. If you can avoid them the world, or at least much of the northern hemisphere, is your hot little oyster.
to have some nice warm weather in europe, you ll have to go to italy, spain or portugal... also greece is warmer than france , uk germany.... but to tell you the truth the weather has become so uncertain over the last years , you just have to be lucky and be there when it s sunny and warm.... all the best!
