Hi! Anitha, Cut some extra stars from old wrapping papres. On a newspaper bag, some stars would look nice.I keep all the old wrapping papers and re-use it for decoration purposes like these. It'd look attractive.Glad that you finally made up your mind.Just watch your son do it and get ready to be surprised as to what he can come up with. All the best. Asha

Hi, I recently had been to one such competition. There were lots of such creative ideas. 1. Sharpen a nice pencil with a good sharpner and take the pencil peels slowly. Then use it for a wonderul drawing and then paint them with the colours of your choice. 2. With coconut leaf sticks as the sticks and old newspaper crumpled to form the flowers, the kids had made boquet. The same is used to form a flower vase arrangement also. For the flower vase they have used empited pet bottle. 3. Using various colour straws one girl have done a wonderful scenery 4. Folding the choclate wrappers and sticking it and then decorating around it with sketch or crayons.
Dear Asha, Thats wonderful. My son starts school tomorrow so its the BIGGGGGGGGGG day after a 3 months break. Regards, Anita
