    Re: Skipping/Jumping Rope

    Hi Puni,

Thanks for your reply. According to me, I can jump very well and I feel completely comfortable. No pain nothing like that. But one of my friend is cautioning me that I may not feel anything at the begining but it may lead to complications (on a later stage) :hide:. Confusion. Even if you've heard from the doctor...... then can't decide... Let's see.

    Hi Poonam,

Thanks for your reply. Correct me if Iam wrong, are you talking about jumping immediately after delivery OR permanently after having first kid you should not jump at all. Because what I've heard is after your first kid you should not. I've delivered long ago.... more than 4 years. In that case... what do you suggest.

    Thanks for your help.

Re: suggest the best indoor exercise equipment

    Hi,
Depending on her interest she could buy a threadmill/elleptical machines.
Which are good for calorie burning. Not sure about other machines.

    Regards.

You could buy some DVD's and do the aerobics regularly at home.

Depends on interest. She also try bowflex which both of them i.e. she and her husband can use.
