Handmade wax roses &leaves

I would like to share with you all the way wax roses and leaves are made by hand.They can be made with a small amount of wax ,even plain white candle wax drippings can be used.Heat wax in an aluminium pan very carefully ,mix a small piece of crayon of your choice.Lightly oil a steel plate with veg oil and pour the melted wax in a thin layer.Let it set for a few seconds and while still warm quickly use a knife to 6 cut petals .Pick up the petals carefully ,roll one to make the centre and stick the rest around it to make a rose.
For leaves add green wax crayon and similarly cut leaf shapes.You can see the wax roses in my previous post if you wish.
