    As everyone knows water is always beneficial for our bodies.
    drink as much as we want...as no calories.
    I too believe water therapy is very beneficial.
    drinking hot water at before sleeping helps to cure
    obesity,arthritis and cough.
    Drinking water should be the first thing in morning.,that too atleast 1 -1/4 liters,helps in curing many many health problems like acidity,obesity,headache and many more.
    I too drink atleast 1 lt of water in morning.
    Everyone should DRINK atleast 2 -1/2 lts in a day.
    i lost my last 6kgs with hot water after my 1st baby.
    i am still doing this now after my 2nd baby.
