You are welcome! I was very lazy too to drink water in the morning eventhough it's a practice in my in-laws house. But now after seeing this forwarded message, I am following it every day. Hope to continue regularly.

but recently i read in the newspaper that drinking lot of water does'nt help, it is a myth.
