I read somewhere that caffeine is good for hair, does anyone know

    - What are the advantages of caffeine?

    - How to use it? Pre wash or post wash? Can it be mixed with oil?

    - Is tea and coffee equally good or one is better than the other.

    Thanks in advance for help.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I read somewhere about rinsing, after shampoo rinse the hair with caffeine, in the US coffee is associated with caffeine but tea has more caffeine so I was wondering if anyone had tried that.

I think it might be tea that they rinse with it is ok for hair I think it is supposed to leave them shiny but I have not tried it.

Thanks Asha, I am going to try it, after shampoo rinse the hair with tea, it is supposed to help hair growth as well.

These days I find oiling alone is not enough, looking for other ways besides hair oiling to keep the crowing glory in tact :)

BTW I like the saying - Long hair is not a burden. SSo many women see this as a burden.

I tried it today and the hair does seem a bit thicker and shiny, of course it could be due to oil treatment and wash, I will try this twice a week and let you know the results.

My problem is I have to wash my hair daily otherwie I get the yucky feeling and don't have time (lazy) to oil every night.
