Want to relocate to banglore from delhi--- Really Desperate

Hi all,

Me and my husband are planning to move to banglore or pune from Delhi. We both are currently in IT sector job. My husband is a senior test engineer working with a company based in gurgaon. And i am senior software engineer with a MNC in gurgaon. We have updated our profiles on most of the famous job sites and its been 1 month, we are not getting any calls from the employers from these locations (B'lore/Pune).

We really want to relocate to these places due to some unavoidable circumstances here in Delhi. Please suggest what else can be done on our side to achieve this?

Moreover, we don't want to leave our job and come there looking for a job as i find it very risky.

Is it that much difficult to find a job in your own country.
