carnatic music class at singapore

Hi ,

I am a carnatic music graduate giving music classes at home. March '09 we are shifting to singapore. Can somebody direct me, what procedure to be followed to run music tuitions at home(at singapore),as i came to know thru some one that i must register with the government .Pls let me know.

Hi everyone
I'm very eager to know whether there is any one who can teach classical (vocal) music here in singapore.please pm me or let me know if there is any one who can teach good music....

hi Lalithanivas,
there are music schools in serangoon road.
SIFAS , SYAMA are the ones i know.Sifas is a big institution and has good teachers and Syama is a small institution but also has good teachers.there are a lot of teachers here and very easy to pursue your dreams of music.

I stay in simei.There is a music teacher in our condo. She teaches carnatic vocal.

Hi lalitha,

I can suggest SYAMA bcos though its small you dont have any interpolitics there. Hope u get what i mean. Good hopes to come better in SYAMA.
