His Janma Lagna is Cancer (Kataka). 5th Lord Mars is deblitated in ascendant in D-1 chart and according to Bhava chart, Mars is positioned in Leo, and aspecting its own sign... Hence the Parents of the person would be of same place (I mean from Same locality - from herditary and shifted to some other places due to migration in olden days). But the devata is identified, as an old temple, which my views are exactly matching.. just check it out again with family elders

The person is born on dhanur lagna & makara... Also there should be a confusion as the person belongs to Punarpoosam or poosam right from the beginning... but Pusam is correct.
