Walking enough.......................

    hi ilites,
    I am 28 and i do walking for 30 minutes.now i started doing crosstrainer for 10 min and twister for 5 min and ab king pro 3 sets of 10 rep.is this enough or i should include any more.....i should get rid of my hips and for toning bicep muscles what execises we should do my biceps r very loose
    and look like they r hanging and flabby help me out......

    Dear Pretty,

    Your workout schedule is nice. This should suffice as long as you are having a balanced diet and no junk or fried foods. Change you exercise pattern every 6 weeks and it will show quick results. The secret of weigh loss and toning is a combionation of exercise and balanced diet.

    Dear Pretty,

    include squats as well and do different types of ab's exercises there should other machines inthe gym to do legs and hips but i would suggest use your own body weight to do the lower body work out as your gym trainer to make a plan for you and show you how to do the exercises.
