Waist Reducing Mission 2014

    Did leg workouts yesterday. My DD won in the tug of war for laptop so I had to do the sets based on my memory...managed to do 2sets of each with 10reps for 30mts.

    am back in the mission.

    even though not updating here i was regular on workouts.

    brisk walking for 30 min. want to try something else along with this.

    target : 4 inches..
    My workout
    30 min. treadmill brisk walk
    10 min. abdominal Ex.
    20 lunges
    20 min .yoga
    suggest if required changes..

    Your workout looks great to me :cheers... Its difficult to suggest which workout will work for you as different things work for different people ... We need to experiment different workout to see which works best for us

    Along with Workout , Try to Have Healthy Food ... Eliminating Junk and sweets is always recommended to get slimmer waist

    earlier i was addicted to chocolates but since 3 months i am not eating any kind of junk foods or sweets and people hv started saying that i hv reduced my inches coz i am excercising but what i want is to get back to my previous waist size that is 28 .. earlier when I was working I was slim but after getting married i put on lots of weights due to laziness and insensible eating... can u tell me that watermelon juice is good for weight loss and can green tea b taken with lemon and honey...

    Its possible to reach your previous ... If current workout is working for you , then continue with it ..When u see that your workout have stop showing result u need to move to high intensity workout or different workout

    Watermelon juice and green tea ( or any good stuff) are considered good for weight loss but they works only when they are replacement to bad stuff ..... For example if u have habit of drinking tea/cofee with sugar than replacing it with green tea with honey will provide better health benefit and may help to reduce weight too ......Basic idea is to replace JUNK /Sugar/ Cookies with healthy Food Stuff

    Many suggest including more protein ( every meal ) helps to build muscles , which boost our metabolism , which inturn Helps to burn more Body Fat

    PS : If u have any health issue , do google side effect of any food stuff before adding them in your diet ....
