Waist Reducing Mission 2014

    LS 2miles walk
    30-mins pranayama
    30-mins moderate walking in park.

    Severe leg pain.....so yoga postponed.

    Oh my dear dear SGA,
    If I can be of some use to someone, that would be a huge pleasure for me. But I do not know if I am worthy of motivating you. Cheer up....and let us enjoy our small small workouts.

    Though its addressed to SGA.let me tell you RajSai......your daily posts here on your workouts itself is a motivation :)

    Did arms and legs yesterday -XFit Victoria secret arms workout of 8minutes-did twice.
    For legs : weighted steps 2x10 each leg,sumo squats 2x10,wieghted lunges 2x10each leg,cable pull 2x10each leg all with 2kg dumbbells.

    Dear Rajsai

    I always want to do deep breathing n yoga but its so slow that i cant even think on doing it for more time .....May be this is my weakness

    Its inspiring how u have started doing your workout even when u are in pain ....... Of course you are a motivation to Many who gives silly execuses for not doing workout ...... It Requires a lots of strength to stand on your legs Back n start workout , i can see that u have all the strength in you hugsmiley

    When I was in my early 20's my waist line is 26 inches but now, in my late 20's my waist line is 30. My target this year is to have 26 inches waist line again. I have been exercising for almost two weeks now. I also avoid eating fast food and eating junk foods. I am trying to be fit right now because I want to have a great body and of course good health.
