    Hi Huma,
When there r natural oils , why do u hav to go after the artificial ones. Almond oil, olive oil works best for skin.. If u want to go deep into it why dont u try some ayurvedic web sites. You'll get a lot of info there.

    Re: Vitamin E oil

I tried this once and ended up with acne's. But i have heard vitamin e oil is good for the skin. I'am guessing i had this problem cos my face is oily.

There is a pill called evion and also an ointment of the same name. They worked for me.

    :)

    Cheers
    Ramya

    Re: Vitamin E oil

Rumyar, within how many days you seen side effect on your face? I am using pure vitamin e oil for two days but didn't see any side effect yet. Only at night time I am using for face and after I take shower I apply vit e oil for whole body to prevent stretch mark in future. The winter time starting here I think it will keep away dryness from skin. I am not sure whether its good to apply on the skin daily or not. Thanks for your reply!
