Vision changed during pregnancy

Hi ilites, recently i've been noticing that my right eye vision has changed. It's blurry, lack of contrast in color, and i can see spot or shadowy shape passes in front of my field of vision. those shapes move with my eye when I try to see them in a plain background or blue sky.
Has anyone had this vision problem during pregnancy?
what could be cause of this vision change?
Am i going to have vision loss or go blindness?
Is this something serious that i should seek eye care professionals or they may fade over time?
